Lekatech to introduce its Electric Hammer at Vei og Anlegg exhibition

For the 18^th time, the Nordic region's largest construction equipment exhibition, Vei og Anlegg (Road & Construction), is set to be held. From 24-27 April at Nova Spektrum in Lillestrøm, Norway, some of world’s leading manufacturers will gather to exhibit their latest developments. At the show, Lekatech Oy will take the opportunity of the exhibition to introduce its revolutionary Electric Hammer technology which is transforming breaking world-wide.

From the 24-27 April, Lekatech Oy, a leading Finnish technology company, will take the opportunity of the Vei og Anlegg (Road & Construction) exhibition in Lillestrøm, Norway, to introduce its Electric Hammer to a Nordic audience. Organized by Norway’s Machinery Wholesalers’ Association, it is the Nordic regions leading construction equipment exhibition. As such, the show will provide the perfect opportunity to acquaint Nordic construction, contracting, mining and quarrying companies with the benefits of Lekatech’s unique and revolutionary electric hammer.

Revolutionary development

The Lekatech Electric Hammer is a major advance in hammer design and construction. Of light weight and high power, but producing low vibrations, it is built for operator comfort, economic use and high productivity. Electrically powered, its linear electric motor produces low emissions and operating costs, and as such, is set to transform breaking globally, being developed to revolutionize the impact hammer market.
Designed to seamlessly integrate with electric carrier machines, although it can of course be used by traditionally powered carriers, the Lekatech Electric Hammer is the perfect match for electrically powered machinery. This results in up to 70% energy savings when factoring in overall energy consumption of the equipment. In addition to energy efficiency, the Lekatech Electric Hammer significantly outperforms comparable traditional technology, providing twice the blow impact energy of a hydraulic hammer of the same size.

The Lekatech Electric Hammer’s game changing, and patented linear electric motor technology is the result of many years of dedicated research and innovation. Its development is now disrupting the traditional hydraulic impact hammer market as its electric technology produces high levels of performance and caters to urban construction projects and quarry or mine environments, above or below ground.
